Week 22

Still heading south, we are off to Shepparton in Victoria.
We are heading to Shepparton to look for some short term work - fruit picking....Yay.....
At our first caravan park one of our neighbours was a lady around 60 and this is her ride, pretty scary if you ask me - loaded to the hilt, but I'll give her an "A" for effort.

Ah.... Australia Day, and we couldn't think of a better place to check out than "Bonnie Doon" hows the serenity - well you had to be there.
We did get a photo including the power lines.
(For those who don't know, rent the Australian movie called "The Castle" it's a classic)

Another freaky tree............

From Bonnie Doon we headed over the range to lake Eildon, another nice spot.

On the way from Forbes to Shepparton we stayed a couple of days at little place in South/West N.S.W. called Narrandera, very nice caravan park by lake Talbot, wasn't much to do but plenty to look at, it's a very nice little town.
The trees above look burnt but it's actually a tide line, well not quite a tide line but an inland version of a tide line from a recent (ish) flood, it looked quite weird with all the bases of the trees stained nearly black.
Below is a little street in town, these trees are much nicer looking, very cool.
